चाणक्य सूत्र के दूसरे भाग का हिंदी और अंग्रेजी अनुवाद आज प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है, इस भाग से आपने क्या सीखा हमें जरुर बताएं। 

Aphorism 6:[विनय का मूल ]

विद्वान बृद्धों (ऐसे महान व्यक्ति जो विद्या अर्जन से बड़े  हुए हों ) के प्रति समर्पण से विनय की प्राप्ति होती है।

The basis for humility is devotion to those grown old through wisdom.

Aphorism 7: [शासन कुशलता सीखने का साधन ]

विनयशीलता से ही अधिकतम कार्य करने की निपुणता आती है।

Through devotion to the wise, one attains proficiency with the maximum efficiency.

Aphorism 8:[योग्य शासक बनने की विधि ]

यह अनिवार्य है की राज्याभिलाषी लोग अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन अधिकतम क्षमता से करें। 

It is imperative for all the functionaries of the State to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.

Aphorism 9:[ आत्म विजयी ]

अधिकतम क्षमता से कार्य करने  के लिए राज्य के पदाधिकारिओं को अपनी इंद्रियों पर नियंत्रण करने सीखना होगा और अपने आतंरिक क्षमता का विकास करना होगा। 

To perform State duties with the maximum efficiency, the functionaries of the State must learn to control their sensual needs, and maximize their internal potentials.

Aphorism 10: [जितात्मता का लाभ ]

जिन व्यक्तियों ने अपने वासनाओं को त्याग दिया है, स्वतः संपन्न हो जायेंगे , और वाही अपनी सम्पन्नता को बनाये भी रख सकेंगे, और अपने हर कार्यों में संपन्न होंगे।  

Those who have vanquished their baser selves may become prosperous naturally, can retain their prosperity, and be successful in their endeavors.
