चाणक्य सूत्र के तीसरे भाग का हिंदी और अंग्रेजी अनुवाद आज प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है, इस भाग से आपने क्या सीखा हमें जरुर बताएं। 

Aphorism 11

राज्य के धन और  सम्पदा में बृद्धि से प्रजा के धन और सम्पदा में बृद्धि स्वतः होती है।  

The wealth and properties of the State naturally increases the level of prosperity of the people.

Aphorism 12

जिस राज्य में लोग और उसके पदाधिकारी नैतिक सिद्धांतों का पालन करते हैं वह राज्य बिना किसी राजा के भी सुचारु ढंग से चल सकता है।  

Where the people and the functionaries of the State follow sound moral principles, the State can function effectively even without a king.

Aphorism 13

सभी प्रकार के असंतोषों में से लोगों का असंतोष सबसे ज्यादा भयावह होता है।  

Of all discords the anger of the people is the most to be feared. 

Aphorism 14

एक नालायक राजा के होने से यह बेहतर है की राजा ही न हो। एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को जो सच्चे और सही सिद्धांतों का निर्वहन ना करता हो, जो लोभी हो, स्वार्थी हो और तानाशाह हो, राजा बनाने के बजाय यह अच्छा होगा यदि राजा को बनाने  वाले लोग ही लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था और जन मत के आधार पर राज्य को चलायें।

It is better not to have a king than to have one who is unworthy. Rather than have a king who is without truth and sound principles, who is greedy, selfish and tyrannical, the kingmakers must run the affairs of the State themselves using democratic methods and following enlightened public opinion.

Aphorism 15

अपने आप को शासन योग्य बनाने के बाद राजा को चाहिए की वो स्वयं की तरह ही कुशल और निपुण सहयोगियों को नियुक्त करे।  

After filling himself with the right kingly qualities, the ruler of the State must select as assistants those talented individuals who are equally wise.
